According to this story on CNN Money, IBM is gonna stop selling hard drives. Instead, they will sell their assets to Hitachi and start a joint venture for data-storage. Supposedly the market is too competitive. Though of course, we've all heard the horror stories of IBM drives just randomly crapping out.
