Blues has word that Valve is looking for an internal console programmer. Here's the spice:

We're thinking about doing some console development, but that will depend upon finding a senior programmer who wants to do console work here at Valve. We're scratching our heads a bit about how to find such a person, and I figured we could put the word out to you and see if anyone were interested.
