Smash Hits is the name of an article at Wired that talks about how developers are using advanced physics in their games. The article is pretty interesting, as it features quotes from a handful of developers, including Sims creator Will Wright (who comments on the ultimate failure of the physics-heavy title Trespasser), and examples of how the MathEngine and Havok physics SDKs are being utilized (the latter of which has been licensed by Valve for use in Team Fortress 2). It also features this paragraph, which isn't exactly loaded with details, but nonetheless contains the first information of any kind regarding Nihilistic's post-Vampire: The Masquerade - Redemption project:

In an unnamed adventure title in development at Nihilistic Software, Havok's code is being used to liberate the game world's inhabitants from the constraints of scripted action. "We have a character who's very agile; he can grab a wall or leap onto a pole, and do all kinds of wacky acrobatics," says RobHuebner, Nihilistic's technology director. "Physics is the core of our gameplay."
