Well... that's certainly not the best way to start a day. Let's try and find some worthy gaming news until Steve and Maarten find their way to a computer.

Maarten's QCON FP: So, QuakeCon is officially starting today. I've been in the hotel since last night, and it looks like it's all pretty much the same setup as last year. Which was a good one, so no complaints :) Especially cool is the Wolfenstein multiplayer section, 12 computers total (pic). There's also a table with 4 copies of GBA Doom running (pic). I'd show you some pictures of this but we are having some DNS issues that has disabled our email and internal ftp for now and might slow down our site for other people.
Which is ok for now since I'm on 56k dialup. The hotel DSL went down after all of 6 hours of use. At $9.95 a day, that kinda blows.
...ok as I write this I finally establish a connection with the FTP. Yay for pictures ;)
