Got some mail pointing me to DoomWorld where they have word of both a new ZDoom and a new Hexen32. Hexen32, as you may be able to ascertain by it's name, is a Win32 port of Hexen, using the source code that was released a while back. ZDomo is an "enhanced port to the official DOOM source to Win32" boasting of free look, quake style key bindings, tcp/ip networking and Win9x & Win NT support.
