The Duffy over at id Software has a quick .plan update saying he has seen a few mentions of the PK3 files not installing correctly in the new Quake3 patch. If there is in fact a bug there will be a fix later today. update: His .plan has word that the problem is only with the full download, the auto-updater should keep you covered.
