Celeron 1.2 late this year

Some Intel PR babble reached the Shack inbox - According to the OC Workbench, Intel plans to introduce a 1.2Ghz Celeron late this year:
In the fourth quarter, Intel plans to launch a 0.13-micron-processed Celeron CPU of 1.2GHz clock speed, aimed at the lower-priced clone and retail desktop PC markets.

...

With 0.13-micron processing yield being 40% higher than that of 0.18-micron processing and Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) not expected to master the technology until the third quarter of next year, Intel has effectively placed itself in a comfortable lead.

All you AMD fans should go tell the folks at www.ocworkbench.com what you think of that or something...
