HL Patch Readme
For those wondering about the changes in the Half-Life patch after the upcoming one (v1108, 1107 is coming first with DMC and the update system), SpyFX has them listed. There's a lot of TFC fixes in there, but there's also mention of reduced maximum speed while bunny-hopping.

Weird... they say there that they plan on releasing it july 2nd, but they've stated on two seperate occasions that the voice and spectator tech won't be out till Mid July... I think they got some of that wrong. I imagine all the fixes they spoke of in that list will be made with the 1.1.0.7 patch, and that the spec and voice tech will come later.
