The guys over at Lithtech has released the New Lithtech Development System Version 3.0 for all you game makers. It lets you make your levels in Maya, your models in 3D Studio Max and some other stuff for uhm, making games. duh. Just a press release, no downloads unfortunately :( But if you want to make a game, look it up, looks like it gives you most of the stuff you need...
