Tonight, on the Stevetendo Show, we’re starting a brand new playthrough. It might be St. Patrick’s Day which means green but we’re going pink tonight for a new Kirby playthrough. It feels like it has been quite some time since we played a Kirby game on the Stevetendo Show but with a schedule opening now was the perfect time. Kirby and the Forgotten Land tried to take Kirby in a different direction with a slight open world feel to the gameplay. I say slight because there is still an order to play levels in.
The Kirby series has been known for great music forever and that continues with The Forgotten Land. The title screen music is one of my favorite songs in a video game. Kirby and the Forgotten Land was a nice return to form for the Kirby series. It has been a little while since I have played it so I'm hoping it still holds up. Set to go live at 6 p.m. PDT/9 p.m. EDT, join the Stevetendo Show for the start of a Kirby and the Forgotten Land playthrough.
Shackers who want to join in on the fun can head over to the Shacknews Twitch channel, where you can tune into the Stevetendo Show every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
If you can't make tonight's show, you can watch Tuesday and Wednesday nights at 5 p.m. PDT/8 p.m. EDT. Coming up on the show is more of our Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time playthrough. After beating The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword last week, we'll have a brand new playthrough starting up on Wednesday night so stay tuned.
I encourage you as always to check out the Shacknews VODs YouTube channel as well as the Shacknews Twitch channel. You might find your new favorite show to watch when you have some downtime. Tonight is a sports night in the Stevetendo Show house where the Devils have another big matchup against the Blue Jackets. If Kirby allows it, there will be plenty of scoreboard watching. It’s also the biggest time of the year for college basketball with the men’s tournament starting this week. If you’re good boys and girls, you might get my picks for the tournament. Remember if you win any prize money, Stevetendo gets a cut!
Keep coming up with new games that you’d love to see on The Stevetendo Show. If it’s on the Nintendo Switch or Nintendo Switch Online service, it has a great chance to be played on the program. You never know when Nintendo is going to add something to the Nintendo Switch Online service so stay tuned.
