Tonight, on the Stevetendo Show, we’re getting back into our Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age playthrough. During the last Dragon Quest episode, we made our way to the frozen area of Sniflheim. It was around Sniflheim that we were able to get Erik his memory back as well as get him back on the team. While in Sniflheim, we find out from the queen that there is an outbreak of Gold Fever affecting the townsfolk.
It turns out that Erik’s sister Mia, who Erik thought was dead, is the cause of the outbreak. She was brainwashed by Mordegon and we have to defeat her in boss form, Gyldygga. We had technical issues last episode so we have to go through the temple to find Gyldygga again. This is going to be a tough fight so we might have to do some leveling up as well. Set to go live at 5 p.m. PT/8 p.m. ET, join the Stevetendo Show for more of our Dragon Quest XI playthrough.
