Baldurs Gate 3?
According to Well Rounded, plans are underway for Baldurs Gate 3.
... preliminary plans are already underway for Baldur's Gate III. An Interplay rep mentioned to us that Throne of Bhaal will be the last of the games to use the current engine. The next installment in the series, he said, would be in 3-DI dunno about this. I was pretty much satisfied with the Infinity engine, as 3D in a RPG (tombraider style) limits the overview. (Managing the point of view becomes a burden in itself, which is one of the few possible problems I will have with NWN) I guess they could do it more Black and White style, which would be somewhat closer to the current system.
