Tonight, on the Stevetendo show, we’re jumping back into our Live A Live playthrough. It took me a few chapters to get the hang of the battle mechanics but it feels like I have the hang of it now. During the last Live A Live episode, we took on the Near Future chapter. Long story short, the Near Future had all kinds of crazy stuff going on like mind reading and giant robot fights.
Tonight, we’re going to take on the Present Day chapter. In this chapter, we play the role of Masaru Takahara and help him be the best fighter the world has ever seen. Live A Live takes an interesting take on the turn based RPG in terms of having to set up attacks as well as setting up the perfect spot on the battlefield to perform that attack. Set to go live at 5 p.m. PT/8 p.m. ET, join the show to see if we can clear the Present Day chapter in Live A Live.
Shackers who want to join in on the fun can head over to the Shacknews Twitch channel, where you can tune into the Stevetendo show every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
If you can't make tonight's show, you can watch Monday nights at 6 p.m. PT/9 p.m. ET. Coming up on the program is more of our Super Mario 64 playthrough. Next week will mark the beginning of another new playthrough as we finished Super Mario Advance.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is one of the most popular video games and Shacknews has all the information that you could ever want. From shrine quests to Hyrule wildlife, Shacknews has a write-up to help you. If Zelda isn’t your thing, then subscribe to the Shacknews Twitch channel with Prime Gaming. That way you will be able to see all kinds of great content!
The Mets and Phillies are playing again tonight so we will be checking the score during the livestream. Mets won yesterday but it’s always a tough game when a division rival comes to town!
Keep thinking of games that you’d like to see on the Stevetendo show. Its got a good chance to have an episode if it’s on the Nintendo Switch Online service since it makes it easier to stream the game.
