- Several gameplay modes (Deathmatch, Teamplay, and a few variations of Last Man Standing)
- Realistic models and maps: Player and weapon models as well as maps are modeled after action movies
- "Action Movie Realism": meaning, a headshot will kill you. If you're wounded you'll bleed until you're dead or you bandage. You won't survive a jump out of a third floor window. And so on.
- Dives: A staple of John Woo action movies. Makes for some great new gameplay tactics and, of course, lots of fun. Plus it looks damn stylish.
