What do you do when in a lawsuit where the odds aren't in your favor, or it's costing too much money to continue the suits? You buy the other company. EuroGamer is reporting that Sony has bought Connectix, developer of the Virtual Game Station Playstation emulator. Sony has been in court with Connectix several times (story, story), unsuccessfully trying to get the company to stop selling the emulator. It's not clear what Sony plans to do with the company but it looks unlikely the product will continue to be sold.
