I Expect You to Die 2 gets release window at Upload VR Showcase 2021

I Expect You to Die 2: The Spy and the Liar is the follow-up to the cartoony VR game that puts you in the role of a James Bond-like spy right as they are trapped in near-certain doom. I Expect You to Die 2 was announced back in January 2021 for PSVR, Steam VR, and Oculus Quest headsets. The Upload VR Showcase 2021 debuted a new trailer with a release window set for this summer.

VR has the ability to instantly transport anyone to any imaginable situation and being a debonair spy caught in the clutches of their arch-nemesis is one of the more original premises for a game. I Expect You to Die puts players in control of a telekinetic secret agent set on surviving through immersive locations while beset by deadly traps. The VR-exclusive title received incredibly positive feedback and reviews so Schell Games did what any prudent developer would do and got to work on I Expect You to Die 2. Subtitled, The Spy and the Liar, this recently announced sequel takes things from stirred to shaken with an in-depth story and new puzzles.

Take a look at the official dossier from the game's Steam page:
