It’s time for players to adventure once more to the edge of Oblivion, but this time, in Elder Scrolls Online. Players of the popular Elder Scrolls MMO will are in for a treat as the next expansion for the game is scheduled to come out next year. Called Gates of Oblivion, the trailer has been revealed and you can watch it below!
Though it doesn’t reveal a whole lot, the Gates of Oblivion teaser does seem to indicate that players will be facing off against a familiar Daedra Prince. It would appear that Mehrunes Dagon is once again up to its old tricks, spreading chaos and fiery death.
Players looking for more information on the Gates of Oblivion won’t have long to wait. In a news post on the Elder Scrolls Online site, it was announced that more information will be coming on January 21st in a special livestream with ZeniMax Online Studio’s Director Matt Firor and Bethesda Softwork’s Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications Pete Hines.
The Elder Scrolls Online’s next chapter, Gates of Oblivion, is set to release sometime in 2021.
