JETT: The Far Shore was revealed during the Sony PlayStation 5 livestream event. This new title looks to take players on an spacefaring journey across the stars in search for a new home. Please check out the official reveal trailer for JETT: The Far Shore embedded below!
Developed by Superbrothers, the trailer for JETT: The Far Shore starts off with a first-person perspective of someone walking out of some type of abode in the middle of a field. Several villagers or tribal people look at this main character that then walks off toward an animal-like spaceship sitting by the shoreline.
Not a lot is revealed by this teaser trailer, though it does give a little hint of what it’s all about with some on-screen text, “Carve out a future for a people, haunted by oblivion, propelled by dreams.” From this, we could assume that players will take to the stars in search of a new home for these people.
Though announced for the PlayStation 5, JETT: The Far Shore is also releasing on PlayStation 4. Players can expect to get their hands on this unique title sometime this year, as it has a holiday 2020 release window.
