Death Stranding is less than two months away at this point, and more details about the game will roll in as we get closer to the November 8, 2019 release date. One event that we can reasonably expect some fresh Death Stranding news is from TGS 2019, where Kojima Productions will hold three separate live streams featuring Death Stranding gameplay sessions.
The first Death Stranding gameplay session live stream will take place on September 12, 2019 at 3:00 a.m. EDT, and it will run for 50 minutes until 3:50 a.m. EDT. For those of us in North America, that may seem like an odd time, but remember that we’re talking about the Tokyo Game Show, so the stream takes place during the afternoon, from 4:00 p.m. JST until 4:50 p.m. JST. For those looking to tune in to watch the Death Stranding gameplay session, the PlayStation Japan Twitch channel is the best place to look.
What should gamers expect to see from the Stranding gameplay day 1 live stream? According to Kojima himself on Twitter, there will be 50 minutes of Death Stranding gameplay shown that will cover some of the Death Stranding basics. This is bound to shed some additional light on what Death Stranding will be about and how it will play.
Of course, Death Stranding isn’t the only gaming related live stream or event taking place at the Tokyo Game Show this year. There’s a lot happening and a lot to keep track of, which is why we suggest visiting our Tokyo Game Show 2019 guide, which includes dates, live streams, game trailers and announcements for just about everything going on.
