The Gamescom City Festival is returning once again for 2019, giving Gamescom attendees a way to enjoy video games, street food, and live music. The city center of Cologne, Germany has been transformed into a lively festival seeing guests from all over the globe. As luck would have it, many of those guests are musical artists that will be performing concerts across the three-day event. Over 20 different bands or musical artists are slated to perform at this year's Gamescom City Festival. Generally speaking, concerts are held toward the evenings of Friday, August 23 through Sunday, August 25, with the earliest shows starting around 4 p.m. local time on one of two event stages.

The Gamescom City Festival 2019 program is split into two separate sections: One for the main stage Hohenzollernring, and the second for the stage at Rudolfplatz.

Gamescom City Festival 2019 tickets and entry

Good news: There are no tickets to Gamescom City Festival 2019. The event is spread across the streets of Cologne's city center, and entry is entirely free.


Gamescom is a fine way to check out new games, and the fun continues as a number of vendors and bands spill into the streets of Cologne for the Gamescom City Festival.
