Solving the bell puzzle in Remnant: From the Ashes requires a careful ear or pure brute force. If you’re one of the many who can’t quite workout how to solve this riddle, we’ve got you covered. The correct sequence is easy to remember, and you can collect your reward in a matter of seconds.
On the planet Yaesha there is a pan flutist standing atop a statue with five bells. Shooting the bells in the correct order will reward you with a new ring to assist you in combat. Speaking with the flutist reveals that he can’t tell you the answer, you have to listen.
The tune he plays is six notes long, it ascends with three notes and then he plays a three-note descending tune. You must shoot the bells in the correct order, which can be seen below in the gif or image below.
If the correct sequence is entered, you will see “Quest Complete” pop up on screen and the pedestal will begin to rise. On the pedestal is the Heart of the Wolf ring. This ring increases stamina by 25 and movement speed by 10%. This is an incredibly powerful ring, especially for a few boss fights and encounters where you must kite enemies or avoid homing-attacks.
This is one of many puzzles found in Remnant: From the Ashes. Another is the Monolith puzzle on Rhom which rewards a full set of Void armor, an excellent choice for players who want to deal a lot of damage very quickly. While you’re on Yaesha, make sure you search everywhere for a Simulacrum, as it is needed for upgrading the Dragon Heart.
Figuring out the bell puzzle can certainly be a bit tricky. If you don’t have an ear for music, chances are you won’t be able to do it unless you guess. Now that you’ve claimed your powerful ring, check out the Shacknews Remnant: From the Ashes page for more helpful guides.
