How to farm Forma quickly in Warframe

Published , by Josh Hawkins

Forma is a very important resource that players will need to acquire if they want to be able to alter the Polarity of a Mod slot on their Warframes, Archwings, weapons, or even Companions. Additionally, this invaluable resource is also heavily used to construct new rooms for the Clan Dojo, as well as in weapon construction and other important basic functions. In this guide, we'll go over the best ways to farm Forma quickly, as well as talk about all the different ways you can acquire it in Warframe.

How to farm Forma quickly in Warframe

If you're going to farm Forma, then you're going to want to make the most of your time. First, there is a myriad of ways that you can actually obtain this item. However, there are not quite as many ways to farm it efficiently. While you can earn Forma through your Daily Tribute, that's obviously not going to be a great way to build up your Forma reserves, as you aren't guaranteed that item each time you log in.

Instead, you're going to want to focus on completing Void Relics, as well as completing Sorties and Invasion missions. Unfortunately, there isn't really anything that makes Forma a guaranteed drop that's easy to acquire. One good way to farm for Forma is to search for and find all of the containers in Earth Sabotage missions. Finding the third cache will almost always reward you with a Forma to add to your collection.

If you're really hurting for Forma, the best way to get it is to purchase it directly from the Marketplace. It will cost you 20 Platinum per Forma, or you can purchase three Forma in a bundle for 35 Platinum. If you don't want to spend money, though, you can also purchase Forma with Standing by visiting Nakak in Cetus during Operation: Plague Star. It'll also cost you some in-game Credits, but it's a nice way to be able to stock up if you have plenty of Standing and Credits to work with.

Unfortunately, farming for Forma is a tough one, and you'll need to be ready for the grind. Thankfully, you shouldn't ever need insane amounts of this resource. For more help, make sure you check out the rest of our Warframe guides.
