While the beta will be available on multiple platforms, the first weekend will only be for PlayStation 4 users. So, if you're looking to try out Call of Duty: Modern Warfare on PC or Xbox One, you're going to need to wait a little bit. • The first weekend of beta access will kick off for PlayStation 4 users who preordered the game. This early access session will take place between September 12-13, giving PS4 users an exclusive chance to dive in and try the game.
• On September 14, the PS4 beta will open to all users, allowing those who haven't preordered on PlayStation 4 a chance to dive in and try the latest iteration of the Modern Warfare series. This beta session will run until September 16, giving players a good couple of days to play.
• The second weekend of the beta will start on September 19 with early access available on Xbox One and PC. The early access phase will take place until September 20, though PlayStation 4 owners will also be able to dive into the open beta on September 19.
• On September 21 the platform-wide open beta will kick off, and users on the PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 will be able to dive in and play without any kind of requirements.
