If you’re planning on taking advantage of a lot of the clan-specific items, or if you’re just looking to join up with your friends and work towards something together, a clan is a great way to put together a team of like-minded players in Warframe. This guide will teach you everything you need to know to get a clan started and invite your friends to it in Warframe.
The first thing you’ll need to do to get started with a clan in Warframe is make your way to your Orbiter. You’ll want to ensure you aren’t taking any damage from outside sources, and the safety of your ship is the best place to do that. Once here, open up the game menu by pressing ESC (or whichever key your chosen platform uses to access the menu).
From the menu you’re going to want to look out for the Communication entry. This is where you’ll find all of your friends, clan info, and your inbox. This is also where you’ll take the first step to creating your clan in Warframe.
After clicking on Communication, look out for the Clan option. Upon click this you will be asked if you want to create a clan or join an existing one. Go ahead and click Start Your Own Clan and this will bring up a naming window. Now you have to choose the name of your clan. Keep in mind that this name is something you’ll carry for a long while, and you won’t be able to change it again unless you want to spend 200 Platinum to do so.
After naming your clan, it will be created and then you’re free to start inviting people. Inviting people is an easy enough, process. All you need to do is open up the clan page and then look for Clan Management button. From here, select the Invite option and start inviting people.
Congratulations, you’ve now created your own clan and know how to send out invites. Now that you have a clan made, make sure you check out the rest of our Warframe guides for more help building your Dojo, or just farming for useful materials.
