Good news is in store for fans of VR developer Survios' games. The Kinda Funny Games E3 2019 showcase has revealed that The Walking Dead Onslaught, the team's newest upcoming release, will also be making its way onto PSVR in addition to the HTC Vive and Oculus Rift.
According to a press release for the game, The Walking Dead Onslaught allows players to romp through an exclusive horrifying post-apocalyptic adventure while playing as their favorite characters from the TV series.
"From AMC and Survios, the studio behind top-selling VR titles Raw Data and Creed: Rise to Glory, The Walking Dead Onslaught invites players to assume the roles of their favorite survivors from the TV series, struggling against the relentless walker threat while confronting both the horrors and humanity of this apocalyptic world," the press release reads. "With an exclusive original story, visceral real-motion melee and ranged combat, player progression and a full campaign mode, AMC and Survios deliver the most immersive “The Walking Dead” experience yet.”
The Walking Dead Onslaught will release this fall for the Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, and PlayStation VR. Be sure to stay on top of other fresh news and reveals from this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo by stopping by Shacknews' E3 2019 home page.
