Inside Xbox E3 2019

Inside Xbox has always been an opportunity for Xbox to share news about games and speak with developers in a more relaxed and casual setting. This month’s live stream was announced via the Xbox twitter account, which revealed some of the items on the agenda in a helpful snapshot.

The line-up for Inside Xbox at E3 2019 includes the likes of Sea of Thieves and The Surge 2.

It appears as if we will be getting more information on Gears 5, Halo Infinite, as well as Sea of Thieves. Also, it looks like we’ll be hearing some more about Xbox’s Backwards Compatibility program. Previously, most of these back compat announcements involved Xbox 360 games, but hopefully we’ll get some more news on original Xbox titles. The last batch of original Xbox games to become backward compatible included several Star Wars games in April of 2018. That's far too long ago.

It’s been an absolutely incredible E3 for Xbox so far. The press conference on Sunday was chock-full of video game announcements. If you missed out on the action, you can check out Kevin’s complete coverage of the Xbox E3 2019 briefing, which included over 60 titles. Of these announcements, two of the main highlights were a Halo Infinite trailer and the announcement of Project Scarlett, the next Xbox.

E3 2019 is going full steam ahead, and to ensure you don’t miss out on a single announcement, make sure you keep it locked to Shacknews. We’ll be covering every angle of the show, including exclusive developer interviews and hands-on impressions of the latest titles coming this year and next.
