This version includes all the updates in the 1.3 client beta (including the new IRC chat client), and fixes for several voting related issues. The final 1.4 release will include additional fixes and features, and may include some new official maps as well. For those that are curious - RA3 1.4 has the same physics as Q3 1.17 and damage through floors is still possible as well.
