With Fortnite Season 7 well in the rearview mirror, it’s time to look back on some of our best moments and personal milestones. Epic Games has rolled out a new feature that puts together a video which recaps what you did over the course over the previous Fortnite season. Everyone’s video is different, as it's tailored to your own personal stats. The videos cover things like games won, players eliminated at the block, structures built, favorite landing spot, best mate, and more. It’s a great way to see how your stats compare to those of your friends, or even to compare what sort of things you got up to in the previous season.
The Fortnite Season 7 recap videos have just begun rolling out via email. All you’ve got to do to see your recap video is log into the email account you used when creating your Epic Games account. Be aware that the email will not be from “Fortnite,” nor will the name “Fortnite” be in the title or subject line of the email. Instead, simply look for an email from Epic Games. The message containing your Season 7 recap video will be titled “(your username) - Your Season 7 Recap Video!” That’s all there is to it. Take a look at your accomplishments from the previous season and jam out to some music.
This marks the second time Fortnite has done widely distributed season recap video. The tradition started after the conclusion of Season 6 and looks to continue into the future. It’s a fun way for the community to socialize and engage with one another.
With Season 8 in full swing, you best believe Epic Games is keeping an eye on those stats, and is likely already working on the recap videos for next season. If you haven’t yet received an email about your Season 7 recap video, double check your account to make sure you’re checking the appropriate email address.
