Counter-Strike Patch Next Year

For the people wondering if we were gonna see a patch for the 1.0 release of Counter-Strike this year, the answer is no.

alicomb: It not be till next year, because of all the newbies buying the game will be cheesed off to have d/l a patch.
cliffe: alicomb is correct.

And next year means January, not December 2001 (someone was getting angry on the CS forums so I figure I'd mention that).
