The Elder Scrolls Online: Wrathstone, the MMORPG's latest piece of DLC, is now scheduled to release on PC and Mac on February 25 and PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on March 12.
The Wrathstone DLC will find Elder Scrolls Online players working to find both halves of the Wrathstone tablet, all the while exploring two new four-player dungeons: Depths of Malatar and Frostvault. Depths of Malatar will feature sunken Ayleid ruins where players will have to work to uncover the fate of a lost Imperial ally.
Frostvault will have players heading through the glacial rifts under Eastmarch while working their way toward an ancient Dwarven vault. Both dungeons will be packing new rewards for felling dastardly monsters and bosses, including new items sets and collectibles. Wrathstone marks the beginning of the Season of the Dragon, a year-long journey that will eventually introduce the next chapter of The Elder Scrolls Online: Elsweyr, and it will go on throughout 2019.
Wrathstone will be a free content add-on at launch for any ESO Plus members, or you can buy it with crowns from the Crown Store. There's more to come beyond that, though. Players can look forward to Update 21, which is a free base-game patch with a variety of fixes and changes as well as new Battleground and PvP rewards. Also, the new Zone Guide system and Guild Trader UI update will be piggybacking off of this upcoming patch.
If you haven't yet jumped into the world of Elder Scrolls Online just yet, it looks like a good time to start, especially with all this new content coming around the corner.
