If you're worried that NFL hype will be missing from your life after the Super Bowl, Epic Games has you covered. NFL outfits are coming back to Fortnite in celebration of Super Bowl 53.
Starting Friday, February 1, the NFL outfits will return to the Fortnite store and there are two additional outfits being added to the mix. The Patriots and Rams are the Super Bowl 53 contenders, so Epic Games and the NFL teamed up once again for white road uniforms for each team. If you missed out on them before, the NFL outfit transforms into 33 different teams (32 NFL teams and the special Fortnite Llama squad). Thus, you can grab it and rep your favorite squad or whichever one you want to bandwagon currently. No one is judging and no one will know.
The opportunity to purchase the NFL outfits is not the only way to celebrate this Super Bowl weekend, thankfully. If you visit the item shop starting on Saturday, February 2, you'll be able to get the free Pigskin Toy. Previously, the NFL outfits led to a fun interaction where Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes was killed in Fortnite by a fan wearing his jersey. The return should yield some more interesting encounters, especially with New Orleans Saints out hunting for anything even closely resembling a referee. Be careful out there, especially if you happen to be Team Zebra
The NFL outfits and Pigskin Toy go live in Fortnite at 7 PM ET on their respective dates. Fortnite is available now on PS4, Xbox One, PC, Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android. Who are you pulling for in Super Bowl 53? Let us know if you're picking the New England Patriots or L.A. Rams in Chatty. Stay tuned to Shacknews for additional gaming and tech updates.
