Some new Rambus lawsuit statements at a recent conference call, and The Register has an article. First it looks like the company will continue to sue companies outside of the US. More interestingly though, Rambus has warned Intel it will have to pay too if it continues working on the Pentium4 DDR SDRAM chipset, which will offer an alternative to using Rambus ram. While Intel's license includes more rights than most other companies, Rambus will collect royalties on the use of the memory interface.
