A mastery of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate will involve knowing which characters make for the best combatants, and there's no better way to check their skills than by looking over the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate tier list. The Smash Ultimate tier list groups together fighters based on their general strengths, taking into consideration the range of their moves and how well they match up against other fighters. Find out how each fighter stacks up in the Smash Ultimate tier list featured below.
The most recently updated tier list for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate comes by way of RankedBoost. Under normal circumstances this sort of information would come through a Smash-specific wiki or an enthusiast site like SmashBoards, but seeing as how the game hasn't been out for very long, the tier list hasn't had the chance to get combed over by the general public.
Still, a tier list has been revealed for the game post-launch, and it does appear to be accurate based on the characters we've been seeing and hearing about most often. We'll be sure to update this guide in the coming weeks and months as more matchup information and meta details become available. For now, here's the full Super Smash Bros. Ultimate tier list.
As with any other Super Smash Bros. game, the tier list for Smash Ultimate is subject to change at any time. As the meta evolves, Nintendo will certainly be watching to see how certain characters are used, and various parameters of their moves can and likely will be tweaked in future updates. Be sure to keep checking back often as we stay on top of the latest Smas Ultimate meta.
