It's been rumored for a while that the iPad Pro lineup would get an update during the last Apple Special Event of the year. In a move that makes the iPad Pro an even more capable device to handle your computing needs on the go, the new Pro is updated with USB-C. This allows users to charge other devices, like their iPhone, through the new iPad Pro.
The brand new iPad Pro features Face ID with Smart HDR on the camera, Gigabit LTE, and more. The move away from the Lightning connector to USB-C opens up the tablet's potential as a fully-capable replacement PC on the go.
The Apple Special Event was also home to a few other major updates. A new MacBook Air with Retina display and smaller bezel was revealed, carrying the impressive starting price point of $1199. After four years, the Mac Mini also got a major upgrade with 8th generation processors and a $799 starting price point.
