Now that Apple has announced the iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR, and the Apple Watch 4, everyone wants to know what time pre-orders start for these gorgeous new devices. Thankfully, you won’t be waiting long for the opportunity to secure one of the first units on the market.

Pre-order start times for Apple Watch 4 and 2018 iPhone

Anyone who is interested in getting an Apple Watch, iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, or iPhone XR will be able to claim their own device once pre-orders start on September 14 at 12:01 AM PT, which is 3:01AM ET – for those playing along on the Eastern coast. For everyone else in the world, use a time zone converter to figure out when pre-orders go live in your region. It's also worth taking a moment to figure out which new 2018 iPhone you should get, as there are some important differences between the models.

The best way to ensure you manage to lock in your pre-order is to head on over to Apple.com and wait for the correct time to roll around. There’s likely going to be a fair bit of traffic heading Apple’s way, so there’s no telling how their site will hold up under the load.

For anyone who is upgrading from an older model iPhone to one of 2018’s new iPhone models, the GiveBack program will no doubt come in handy. Apple’s GiveBack program allows consumers to trade in their old devices at a store or ship them direct to Apple.

There’s not long now until pre-orders start for the iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR, and the Apple Watch 4! In the meantime, check out Shacknews’ continued coverage of the latest iPhone news.
