Well the TeamArena demo is out and looking at the poll it looks like about 60% of the people felt it was at least average or better, which isnt too bad given the famously harsh crowd around here. But we all want more than some new gametypes, maps, and interface changes yes? Well I think I've discovered what id has been holding out on. Lookie at what I found:

Sorry about the quality of the pictures, but the zoom lens on my spy camera by the id offices had a hard time with their tinted windows. Actually here is a confirmation from Robert Duffy of id on these screenshots that I got:
