Since being revealed and delayed, Nintendo Switch owners have been looking forward to their chance to die in Dark Souls: Remastered. Now, they can mark their calendars. The game and Solaire of Astora amiibo will launch on October 19, 2018, after an online network test.
Details for the network test will be revealed in the near future and Switch users should expect similar things as we get closer to Nintendo launched the full online experience for the Switch. Dark Souls is a game well known for its online functionality via invasions or summoning other characters for help, and it should serve as a solid test for the upcoming online service.
Dark Souls: Remastered comes with the base game and the Artorias of the Abyss DLC. On Nintendo Switch, multiplayer will be available with up to six players on dedicated servers. Once again, the game and amiibo will launch on October 19, 2018. Stay tuned to Shacknews for more updates.
