Looks like Whistler might stop another Love Bug-like virus from happening as there will be a new security feature that will prevent the OS from running any software that doesn't have valid digital signature, which will be given out by Microsoft or an affiliated company. Windows 2000 already has improved security, but this can go even further. Don't look for your favorite shareware programs to work though. But at least you can turn it off.
