More Intel Comdex News
Looks like Intel is getting a lot more press than AMD at Comdex, when it comes to their processors. First of all, ZDNet has an article looking at the launch of the Pentium4 this Monday. They talk about fully configured PC prices, the RDRAM support and any possible shortages given the fact that those high-end P3s are still hard to find. Meanwhile, Intel is working on a mobile version of the P3 1Ghz which they are planning to release in the first half of 2001. Also Intel has confirmed its talking to chipset makers for Pentium4 chipset support, for anyone who would rather have DDR instead of Rambus RAM support.
