At this point the 1.25 release is not final and source will not be released until it is. I have set up a mailing list for mod authors, which I plan to get source to soon. We are in the final days of Team Arena at the moment and as Team Arena and Quake 3 Arena share the same executable, we have been making sure the root executable is not going to change which will allow us to finalize the point release.
