RE7 - Not a Hero Normal Antique Coin Locations
All Antique Coins on the Normal difficulty of the Not a Hero DLC.
Not a Hero continues Resident Evil 7: Biohazard’s tradition of having Antique Coins as collectibles throughout the story mode. If you’re able to collect enough of these Antique Coins, you’ll be able to open up the bird cages for some handy boosts, and if you collect them all, you’ll earn one of the many unlockable items in Not a Hero.
There are currently three difficulty levels in Not a Hero: Easy, Normal, and Professional. The following are the locations of all the Antique Coins on the Normal (and Easy) difficulties in Not a Hero. Antique Coins Locations – Normal
There are ten Antique Coins to collect in the Normal and Easy modes of Not a Hero, but you will need only eight if you want to unlock the bird cages containing the Steroids and Stabilizer injectors. However, you will need to find and collect all ten if you want to unlock the Fast Walk unlockable item.
Antique Coin 1
The first Antique Coin you can find in the Not a Hero DLC on Normal is in the Central Cavern. Once you exit the elevator, head down to the right and look for the green shipping container. On the side with the yellow tubing is a barrel and on top of it is the Antique Coin.
Antique Coin 2
The second Antique Coin can be found through the red roller door in the Mining Work Area. Go through the roller door and look for the two barrels on the right side of the tunnel. On the other side of the barrels you’ll find the Antique Coin on the rocky wall.
Antique Coin 3
Another Antique Coin can be found through the red roller door in the Mining Work Area 2F – the same place you get the cell key. Go through the red roller door, into the elevator and up to the second floor. Follow the tracks around to the right into the open room and hug the right-hand wall to find the Antique Coin on a bag near two barrels.
Antique Coin 4
The next Antique Coin can be found through the green roller door as you progress through the story into the Storage Area. Continue through the contaminated halls until a white Molded appears, you’ll need to go through a hallway with a couple stacks of white boxes and then take a left turn. At the end of this hallway is a trolley with some buckets and lunchboxes on it, on the ground is a bag of rubbish with the Antique Coin on top.
Antique Coin 5
To find the next Antique Coin, you will need to go into the green roller door and through the Sewer. Go up the elevator and head to the end of the corridor in front of you – a small jumping Molded will spawn. Behind this Molded is a pallet and a barrel up against metal bars, on the barrel is the Antique Coin.
Antique Coin 6
Another Antique Coin can be found through the green roller door in the Storage Area. To find this coin, after you come up from the Sewer, follow the winding path, unlocking the gates along your way. You’ll come across a Fat Molded followed by a white Molded at the end of a hallway – it’s here you’ll want to take a left down a short hallway that ends with a couple of breakable crates. Go past the crates and look for the bag in the next small room, on top of it is the Antique Coin.
Antique Coin 7
This Antique Coin is found through the black roller door in the Mine Cart Yard. Go through the roller door and take the first right. Behind the two breakable crates is a bucket with the Antique Coin on top.
Antique Coin 8
This Antique Coin is found through the black roller door in the Mine Cart Yard, right near where you collect the Clown Key. Starting at the black roller door, continue through the cart puzzles until you reach the Repair Room with the clown and the Clown Key. There will be two blue water tanks stacked on top of one another with the Antique Coin in the middle of the two.
Antique Coin 9
The second last Antique Coin that can be found on Normal difficulty in Not a Hero is through the black roller door in the room where you try to save a soldier. After saving the soldier, follow him to the ladder. At the base of the ladder is a box in the corner, in the box is the Antique Coin.
Antique Coin 10
The last Antique Coin you can find in Not a Hero on Normal difficulty is through the red roller door once you have the Clown Key. Head through the red roller door, up the elevator, and into Work Sector A where you will find the clown door. Go through the clown door, through the next door, and then turn right to see a large yellow steam roller. Head around the vehicle and down the winding path to the bottom where you’ll see a tarp-covered object – on top of this is the final Antique Coin.
After you’ve collected the Antique Coins, you’ll be able to unlock the bird cages in the Central Cavern. For 3 Antique Coins, you can get the Steroids, and for 5 Antique Coins, you can get the Stabilizers. While you don’t need all ten Antique Coins to get the bird cage rewards, it’s a good idea to collect them all if you want all the unlockables in Not a Hero.
