(hl1104.exe) will update your version of Halflife from any version. 
(11011104.exe) will update your version of Half-Life if you have 1.1.0.1
Win32 Server:
(hlserver4104.exe) is the full standalone server package.
(hlserver40124014.exe) will update your server if you have version 4.1.0.2 or 4.1.0.3
Linux Server:
(linux3140.tar.gz) is the full standalone Linux server package.
(linux3104upgrd.tar.gz) will update your server if you have version 3.1.0.1 or 3.1.0.2
