This guy asked his boss to NOT throw him a birthday party at work as it causes him anxiety. They did it anyway and he spent most of his lunch in his car with a panic attack. Then they fired him for having more panic attacks afterwards, with the owner of company accusing him of robbing other employees of joy because he left the party. They thought he was about to get violent for having a panic attack at work and consoling himself.
He sued and just got $450k from them for it (they are appealing though).
