Today is a bad day :(

We just lost one of our cats, a gentle giant called Rama. A happy, lovely cat with a purr like a motorbike. He was 15, but it still fucking sucks. :(

Awww so Zelda update:

She has chronic kidney failure =(
We don’t know which stage she’s in because they can’t take an accurate blood pressure on account of her being so upset to be at the vet’s in the first place
She needs special food
She could die at any moment, and there are no signs by which I can know she’s dying
It is painful and since there are no signs I can’t easily guess she’s in pain and get her help.

Fuck =(

Went from casually eating breakfast to holding her new baby in less than an hour. Pushed for 14 minutes.

We have good news about Dante Wigglebottom! Dante has had several more vet visits over the past month, including another emergency vet visit. Luckily he is doing much better! No more bladder stones which means no surgery (whew), and he's putting the weight back on.

We also have a special appearance by Chase! He is a wild piggy and usually doesn't do photoshoots, but this time we put him in a festive sack.

We lost the very cute Tony Swiftbottom last month. He was 5, which is old for a piggy. He is greatly missed.

New piggy Odin is blind in his right eye. Odin and Benedict are brothers and I didn't want to separate them for their first photoshoot. They did great!
