World of Warcraft: Cataclysm Launching in December
World of Warcraft: Cataclysm will bring disaster to the fantasy MMORPG's original lands, reshaping and revamping the world. There'll also be two new races, goblins and worgen, plus a level cap of 85, an 'Archeology' second skill and bags of other content.
The regular edition of Cataclysm will cost $39.99, while a $79.99 Collector's Edition offers goodies including a 176-page art book, exclusive in-game pet 'Lil' Deathwing,' soundtrack, mouse pad and more.
"Cataclysm includes the best content we've ever created for World of Warcraft. It's not just an expansion, but a re-creation of much of the original Azeroth, complete with epic new high-level adventures for current players and a redesigned leveling experience for those just starting out," Blizzard CEO Mike Morhaime said in the announcement. "With the help of our beta testers, we're putting on the final polish, and we look forward to welcoming gamers around the world to enjoy it in just a couple of months."
The launch of Cataclysm will come just over two years after the release of its last expansion pack, Wrath of the Lich King, which arrived in November 2008.

I'm in the beta...and bugs and minor glitches aside, this will be hands down the best expansion yet for the game.
