Sly Cooper Collection Pegged at $40

The Sly Collection--a "remastered" bundle of Sucker Punch's sneaky platformer series 'Sly Cooper'--will cost only $39.99, Sony has announced on its PlayStation.Blog.

The three Sly Cooper games are "all re-mastered in glorious HD graphics" by Ninja Relex developer Sanzaru Games, also boasting 3D support, new PlayStation Move mini-games and the ubiquitous PlayStation Network trophies.

The Sly Collection is slated for release exclusively on PlayStation 3 this fall.

SOLD! Now if other companys would do this with some of their games (Square with FFX) I could get rid of my PS2.

  Yes. I'm fully in favor of this cash-grab.
  
  $40 is a good pricepoint for it, $30 is better but I can accept $40.
  
  GoW 1 & 2? Never beat them on PS2, great excuse to play them.
  Sly Cooper? Heard a lot about them but never got around to playing them. Great excuse.
  
  Needs FF6, a new FFT game (or at least PS3 HD release with the bugs sorted out and the experience polished)
