replyFrom what I saw of singularity, it looks pretty cool. Like some kind of F.E.A.R. and Bioshock hybrid. Even the multiplayer looks incredibly fun, like some kind of L4D versus on steroids.
I also want to try out Sniper GW, and there was some demo a while back but I think it was leaked or at least "unofficial" because it wasn't on any of the usual sites like Fileshack, Filefront, etc. but I am seriously dieing to play a new stealth game, especially one with "realistic" sniping.-

Hows the AI, is it FEAR caliber (i.e. pretty very good)?

After playing the first few levels of the game I have to say that it's exceeded my expectations. This game is much than than I thought. The atmosphere and pace were great and I love how there is plenty of stuff around in the environment to interact with.
I thought the beginning of the game felt like a mix of STALKER and Lost (the TV show).
