Those that pre-order Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands in PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360 form via retailer GameStop will be rewarded with "exclusive content," publisher Ubisoft revealed in the form of a Facebook post noticed by Destructoid.

The exclusive mode, "Forgotten Arena," sees players of the acrobatic action-adventure battling waves of ever-increasing foes and regaining health between rounds. Those that pre-order the game online will receive the code needed to unlock the content in the form of an e-mail, those that pre-order in store should find that code printed on their receipt.

According to Ubisoft, all five versions of Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands (PC, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii, DS, PSP) are due May 18--a feature film based off the franchise and starring Jake Gyllenhaal, arrives in theaters May 28--though various retailers continue to indicate that the PC version will instead arrive on June 1.

They can add all the DLC bonus crap they want, as long as Ubisoft keeps releasing games with their DRM they can take the PC version and shove it up their asses.
