Following our first glimpse of the title back in Sep
In addition, the developer has revealed that it's "aiming for release in Q1 2011, and more info should be out later today!"

I hope this version gets a console release. I liked the first but it always felt like a console title.

haha oh man. Can't stop laughing. A game with isometric camera angle, combat which requires timing instead of button smashing like most console rpgs and has an inventory system which would require some serious tweaking to work as effectively with a controller feels like a console title to you? I am truly speechless...
I guess RTS games feel like console titles to you as well xD-
´Hey, I was wondering where all those button-mashing console rpgs live? Surely you mean turn-based jrpgs? No? Ah, then you must be referring to all those classic button-mashers from Bioware and Bethesda? No? Ah, okay, you mean action-rpgs like Dark Alliance. Yeah, you mash buttons a lot in those. Which is of course totally unheard on the pc. hey Diablo, how is it going? Heard you been hooking up with torchlight again...

See: Halo, God of War, any number of Zelda / Mario / Metroid games, countless JRPGs, and the regular habit of delaying any semblance of a PC port from console for "tweaking" (see: Ubisoft and the shit-tastic DRM in Assassins Creed 2) or delaying and then delivering an abomination not fit for public consumption (see: Force Unleashed).
Bioware has been great to PC gamers. They don't touch the utter beating PC gamers usually take when new titles are released. It sounds really stupid to hear half the shack saying PC gaming is dead, suck it up and live with console dominance, and then to pretend everything is just dandy when the tables are turned on a nice game like The Witcher.

You might as well play it on the PC. In all honesty, the game is designed for a PC and not a console. If you're capable of running it, show your PC some love and enjoy the game.
In this day and age, when PC-exclusives are getting rare, it's a breath of fresh air to enjoy such a quality experience on the PC.
