The Xbox 360 demo will expire on February 25, while sadly for PC gamers pre-ordering will be their only way to play before launch. DICE further announced that the PlayStation 3 demo will be released on February 4 in Europe then February 11 in North America.
Developed by DICE, Battlefield: Bad Company 2 arrives for PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 on March 2, with the PC version packing unintrusive DRM. On consoles in NA the 'Squad Rush' multiplayer mode is exclusive for the first 30 days to pre-orders from GameStop.

But you're not making much sense here. If you haven't played 1943, how do you know regenerating health is terrible? You're still gonna fuckin die if you get shot. You just have a very small window to escape if you're getting hit with stray shots. If you're getting pelted with bullets, you will likely die. Try it before you bash it.

I played the PS3 beta to death and I just downloaded the Xbox 360 demo. I'm also very anxious to play the PC beta at 1920x1200 resolution.
That's how much of a fail it is.
BFBC2 doesn't have regenerating health and you use different buttons for knifing and chucking grenades.

If your in the red/blur zone and you manage to get away, your still going to be a one shot kill for someone a good 30 seconds after that. If they get the drop on you your dead either way (even with a med kit around). Anyways medics spam med kits as its an easy way to get your score up so they are all over the place.
The health regen in BC2 works just right. get over it.
